Adjusting the play at the steering wheel of a 2000 Maxum 2700SCR

Hi, can anyone tell me how to adjust the steering Cable on a 2000 Maxum 2700SCR Cruiser?

I have quite a bit of play at the steering wheel and think maybe something may be loose causing some slack at the wheel.

Any help is much appreciated!
