advice-help pulling inner exhaust housing

cant seem to lift up or even budge this black section, which is the inner exhaust housing from the midsection.

the exploded diagram calls for 5 bolts... I found 4 , 2 in the back and 2 up front...

dont know or can possibly think of where the other one is....but this hosuing isnt budgeing

I know it looks glued pretty good....but before I start hitting harder, i thought Id ask.

when i took the power head off i broke two of the smaller bolts that seems to either go into this black lip or sandwich the lip between the power head and the mid section.



I really want to get it out, because it was loaded with carbon-gunk and I want to make sure I can flush it thoroughly...

any advice???

is the bond just the gasket sealer????
