I still think you should pull the power head!!!!!<br /><br />On an engine that size it's much easier to free the powerhead from the drive shaft compared to removing the lower unit (assuming it's seized together anyway)... You will have the ability to use some side to side pressure, thus freeing the driveshaft from the crank. On a lower unit you can only go in one direction.
