advise on how to clear the speedo inlet on a gen2 alpha?

I went through some mucky water and plugged up the speedo inlet hole. I pulled out some sediment but the speedo still won't function. Any ideas?<br /><br /><br />Thanks all.

I use either a stiff wire, or a small drill bit by hand. At times I have even had to use a drill if they hit a log and jammed wood in it.

Disconnect the tube where it's visable between the Upper unit,+ Lower unit,+ Blow the Lower unit side Out with Compressed Air..............
