Aerator

I have a 96 21ft. dual console. I have not figured our how to operate the aerator. Can some one help?

I'm the owner of a 94 21ftwa, with a live well.Make sure the aerator switch is on,check to see if the ballvalve in the bilge is in the open position to allow the raw water in.Inside the well turn the plastic fitting counter clockwise.
