I have a boat with about 12" clearance from the skeg to the road. One day I forgot to tilt it up and drove home from the lake. As I was backing into my driveway, it stopped rolling. I get out to look, and the skeg is buried in the blacktop and the new ss prop was bent. My driveway i nearly flat, but between the crown in the road and the slight rise in the driveway it's enough to be a problem. I will not trailer with the motor down again.
