I have a 2002 Yamaha 60 HP 4 stroke that will run but not idle smoothly and hesitates upon acceleration. Also when applying the throttle to WOT from an idle, the rpm's will run up to about 3300 and wants to stay there like it is bogging down but if I back off the throttle it will pick up and go to WOT and run fine. I have cleaned the carbs 3 times and sync them with a monometer. Also it has always had a problem on cold starts since I bought it new in 2002. Any ideas would be welcome. Thanks!
