What should the Air fuel Mixture screw be set at on the Carbs for a 2003 Mercury 60hp 2 stroke 3 cylinder. And locations?

I live in florida if that makes a difference.

Thanks in advance.

Re: Air / Fuel Mixture Screw Setting

You did not indicate the serial number of your motor. The below guide comes from a manual for a 60hp motor with serial numbers "OD000750 and above". If your motor is not within the above range, 1 1/4 turns is probably still OK to get the motor started. If it won't start, then try 1 1/2 turns. You need to do a second adjustment of the jets after the motor starts anyways, to get the idle set just right.

Having said the above, it is a better idea to get the shop manual for your motor and follow the guidance in there. Just my thoughts...
