I wax my boat every year and wash it after every use and still get algae stains. Is their anything I can do to prevent this? Any help would be great.

nope algae usually grows in moist areas if the boat is in shade that could be it, other then that its just maintenance. if you are tallking about water stains maybe change wax maybe its your wax that is attracting the discoloration.

Clean your boat with a Toilet Bowl Cleaner that has high concentration of oxalic acid, SnoBol is a good one.

Thanks to all, wax is a 3m product, what wax do you advise? boat stored in sunny driveway, noticed it when it was being used in the water. Wood, I currently use a product called "On/Off" which from CRC and it does have hydrochloric acid and phosphoric acid in it. Cleans well but stinks and will clean your concrete driveway well also. I will try your recommendation to see if that helps. More questions to come I'm sure.
