alignment tool ?

If anyone has time I thought there was a thread on here once that had the Merc alignment tool dimentions for MC-1 outdrive. If someone could find it or knows the dimentions i;d appreciate the assistance!

the small diameter part is 1.010" ..........Donno why they left it out...

Not sure of the thread, but here are ALL the dimensions of the alignment bar, not shown in the service bulletin.

Geesh this forum moves faster than me! lol I'm a day behind forgot i posted this. Thanks Don, nice diagram, now is this the older one? i think the new one works for the older style but older doesn't work for the newer, is this correct? thankyou.

Those are the deminsions for the new style alignment bar.

I see the dimentions for the alignment tool have been removed, from Don's post???? can it be reposted as I need to make one for my 02 4.3 mercruiser.
