Today after hitting a huge bump on one of my local highway bridges, my axle snapped on my ezloader trailer. I had it towed home i took a look at it and it snapped right where the hub attaches to the axle. My question is has anyone had this happen? and where would i call to find a replacement axle?? a boat junkyard ???

Yes, a boat junkyard,or Northern Tool & Equipment company, if you have one in town. I only mention THAT company,as I know they carry everything, spindles, hubs, springs, shackles, receivers, ect for boat trailers.
I don't know if you have one in your area,so check in your phone book.
I could spend HOURS in that store! They got all kindsa goodies, like a Home Depot without the emphasis on home.

Thanks for the northern and the web address appreciate it. Luckily as long as i can guestimate ( is that really a word? lol ) the track of the axle i should be alright easy to change im just gonna cut the ubolts to the leaves since the hub is like on a 45 degree angle ill have to see how close i can get for a measurment from hub face to hub face.
