Firstly I meant to ask about a marine fuse casing not marine fuse.. Give me a break a marine fuse.

all it does is waterproof the inside and wiring, it will eventually corrode (everything does), but it will last somewhat longer?????

Oh has anyone used an electrical saughtering gun? I plan on saughtering the speaker wires then putting dielectric grease. Are there any quick tips I should know about saughtering electrical connections to the speakers. I was told saughter a 1/0 awg cable from the + sign to - sign on the battery.

NEWS FLASH: He's being a smart *** here. He knows how to solder, how to spell solder and not to solder a cable across battery terminals. This has now turned into a trolling thread.

Ok firstly I appreciate the tips from our Officer. Secondly autocorrect caused me a rediculously misspelled solder bc I'm using an iPhone. Thirdly I have not ever soldered but was joking about the positive and net terminals. And finally I am no troll please stop calling me that I may not care. The amps won't be are expected by a week from today so give me two weeks and I'll post a little video to show you what I've done to this used to be factory boat. The stereo has nothing to do with it. This boat is built to last through saltwater and heavy abuse and I am proud of it!
