Pink Floyd was the best concert I went to, but Alice Cooper puts on one helluva show too. Saw him Friday.

Absolute favorite would be the talking heads, but then there are so many others, hard to name them all. Rush is probably my favorite 70's rock band.

Rush for pure talent. Sometimes I listen to all their records from the earliest to latest year and they just got better and better through the years adding more and more style to their music.

Skynyrd for me

Being from Skynard's home turf I'd have to go with them too. Plus the fact that when they opened for the Who, they nearly had the Who boo'd offstage to get them back out there.

Free Bird was written while Ronnie VanZant was fishing on the same waterway I fish. Kind of hits home for me.
