I recently purchased a boat (1984 16ft glastron) which was a fix me upper (great deal). The previous owner was boating and hit the motor on some rocks. Nearly ripped it off the boat. Everything below the waterline was fixed. There are still some areas above that need fixing. I used the boat all season. Towards the end a few pieces of the fiberglass had started to lift and i could see the transom flex and the motor bounce when we hit waves. Im not exactly sure what its called but the area right abouve the transom are cracked. Also on the top ridge of the transom there is a gap between what looks like to be the top and bottom half of the hull. Is the flexing normal or should I rebuild the transom and redo the fiberglas? What would be the best technique? Thanks guys.<br />PS last season i redid the floor and stringers and it came out great
