2 weeks ago (still cold), realized that I had already replaced all the hoses/plugs after winterizing (yay last fall me) and changed oil (yay again). No fuel stabilizer. Still haven't pulled lower unit or changed gear oil (boo last fall me). Jumped fuel pump, pumped throttle twice, turned key... And it started first crank. It has never started first crank. Hot start, cold start, summer, winter. Ran for 15 minutes and all seemed well. I'm concerned.

Obviously.
Oh, I did see my ps fluid was down a pint with no obvious leaks. So I'm sure that will turn into a project.
I still need to replace the front cross member on my trailer (but I think I'll roll the dice and splash so that I can work on the trailer empty).
Sticking throttle cable would be nice to fix, I have a spare box and cables so that *should* be easy.
Front bow rails pulled out yet again, I'm going to try to find a way to through bolt them.
Have been meaning to pull the carb and clean idle circuits (runs rich no matter what) and lean up the secondaries, and maybe replace my O2 sensor and spacer for tuning fun.

It's weird that people have boats and trailers and cars that they just use.

Check exhaust for oily residue. The PS cooler may be leaking

wasn't it you who mentioned that half your engine was dry when you winterized it. how did that turn out?

we'll see... No sign of milk thus far.
@Scott Danforth hopefully ps cooler not a casualty of winter but would be easier than dealing with anything in the area of the ram. I'm rooting for a leak at a hose clamp on the low pressure side

Then there would be fluid in the bilge

Leaks normally pass fluid from the oil side to the water side (no milky fluid) as the return is at about 30 - 50 psi and the water side is at a much lower pressure
