Got a leak in the water pump base. Ordered part # 46-44292A3; wanted to confirm that the seals are included pre installed in the base. Pretty sure they're already installed in the base, but it isn't clear in the description.

Yes they are (if it's genuine Merc)...

The base (#24) has two '-', any item directly under it with 4 '-' is included in the one above. So items #25 to #30 are included.
