Alpha 1 Gen 2 knocking noise when turning hard.

I just took the boat out after replacing the engine. I replaced the gimble bearing and u-joints also. I set and aligned with gimble tool. Now i have a slight knocking sound when turning the boat in either direction. Any ideas? Is there something out of alignment?

I have the same exact problem after removing my engine and changing the Gimble. I only hear the knocking noise when I turn the wheel either all the way left or all the way right. The only other time I hear the noise is with it out of the water with the rabit ears running in gear on the driveway but only when I rev the motor to about 4k RPMs. On the driveway when the motor decelerates from 4K to 1K, that's when I hear the same vibration sound. What was causing your problem?
