Alpha 1 Gen 2 outdrive upper lower seals

Ok I have the upper portion of my outdrive apart and the 2 seals are out, The new Quick silver seal kit 26-88397 1 has only 1 seal. Seal is same diameter but a little thicker than a single seal but not as thick as both seal together. Is this a new seal design or have I got the wrong kit? If I need to get 2 seals the bottom seal goes with spring down correct? How about the position of the top seal..spring down or up?

manual says the first one faces down (bottom seal) and the second one faces up (top seal)
There are rumors of a double seal to replace the 2 individual ones but I havent seem one yet

Thanks for the reply and service manual. I went ahead and ordered 2 seals to be sure I get it right.

I have seen the new ' double seal'. Just put that in place of the 2 single seals.
