Alpha 1 Gen 2 Trim Solenoid

On the attached picture of the trim solenoid:

1. Where do I jumper between to power the trim pump directly?
2. Where do I jumper if I want to engage the solenoid to power the pump?

1. The two big posts on top.
2. The big post on the top that has a red wire to the small post that DOESN'T have a black wire.
