Hi all
Can anyone tell me if this is the correct installation of the rubber water dam (filler plug). It came out the other way (entire dam sitting flush with the mating face of the drive),doesn't seem right to me, it blocks what seems to be a small vens hole in the water pump housing . I am not the original owner so i dont know the removal history. The merc. manual #14 is not clear on this.
