Hi Guys,

I am doing a bellows job this weekend - my first. I have read several procedures, and there are often slight differences. If anyone has a really good recommendation for a documented procedure, I'd appreciate it. Also - any inside tips would be great. I am assuming taking the gimbal ring off at the hinge pins makes this easier to do - so I am planning on it. Your thoughts or tips are so useful - better than manuals in a lot of cases.

Thanks - Steve

Assuming you have an Alpha I, not a Gen II or a 1 drive (They all get called Alphas) the OEM service manual is the best. #6 would be the one you want.
Section 4A covers the bellows and shift cable change.
You can download it free at this link http://forums.iboats.com/showthread.php?t=251571

I'll let you know. I have studied this one to death. Thanks Don for turning me onto those free manual links.
