Alpha one drive drops after sitting in yard

I have a Alpha one outdrive that works fine on the lake, but after sitting in the yard about a day and having been in the "trailer" position all the way up, it drops all the way down to the ground. Any suggestions?

I had this problem on my Volvo.. although it happened in the water too.<br /><br />It was the diaphram in the Tilt/Trim pum. I cleaned it, and that worked for about a week or two, then started dropping (very slowly) again, so I ended up buying a new Tilt/Trim pump.<br /><br />You may want to check you fluid level if you havent already.. that would cause it to drop too.

For a quick fix, buy some trailering clips and use them when in the trailering position.
