My outdrive has developed a leak from this hole on each side. Stored with the outdrive fully down and didn't leak all winter untill I un winterized it. Would this be the little O ring between the upper and lower?. New gimbal bearing , hoses, and bellows last fall never in the water. Thanks in advance.
