Alpha One Gen II Steering problems

Hi, this is my first post, i have tried to find a similar post but have had no luck. My '94 searay with an alpha one is really stiff to steer. I assumed it was the power steering pump however i replaced it but it has not helped at all. nothing is leaking so i dont think its the power steering cylinder but im not really sure. could it be that i need to bleed the system? any suggestons would be appreciated. thanks.

Look at the other end of the steering cable.
You should see a grease zerk.
Dis assembly and cleaning might be in order.
