Please note that the PICTURE UPLOAD function is not working. The iBoats Forum Moderators are working with the system administration folks at the parent company to get the issue resolved. It isn't really adjustable, but a corroded/sticky pivot bolt can keep the plate from moving freely. The return spring can also have the wrong tension, which may make the plate harder/easier to move in one or both directions
