Alpha one gen 1
MC makes a special tool to press in bearing. If female part is clean, it should bottom out. Make sure grease cavity lines up correctly with bearing and housing. Some bearings are sealed, and some are not sealed.I’m replacing the bearing in my gimbal ring. I’ve got it pressed in but not sure how far to go there is a seal and spacer that go on bottom. I don’t know it the spacer is supposed to set flush with the bottom or what?
The seal and spacer are installed in the pictureThe seal looks good, looks like its just barely below the ring surface. The spacer is for the most part a washer (flat bushing) to keep the ring spaced from the lower housing
