alpha1 trim/tilt, very slow up/down works ok

I have a 1989 alpha 1 that works fine going down but it takes 3-4 minutes to lift up. There is no water in the pump resivour and in 30 hours it has used no hydraulic fluid at all, Any ideas or help will be appreciated!

Hydro fluid or oil? My trim motor uses motor oil...10 40 i think it is. That maybe something to look into.
