Is there an alternative to the $700 Volvo fuel cell? I've gone through the steps in the sticky post to verify the fuel tank side is good. I replaced the pump 3 years ago, and hate having to do it again so soon. I don't mind doing a little fab work if I can buy a separate filter, low pressure pump, high pressure pump and some hoses to have a system that may wind up costing $500, but easier to replace a component in the future.

Funny! I never like assemblies that can't be replaced with individual parts. I'm just looking for a project that can save some money instead of throwing $700 at Volvo AGAIN. I pulled the pump apart last night and found the low pressure pump dead, so now I'm off to try to find one before looking at other options.
