I'm in the process of doing a ,"log style" to "center rise" exhaust conv. and everything is progressing nicely,I'm redy to order all my gaskets and mount kits but am having trouble choosing the right alt. bracket.There seem to be a couple available. I have a 4 wire alt. (not sure if ("mando" type,and cannot get any #'s off it) and it is below the power steering pump.This is '83 mcm 228 raw water cooled engine. Any insight is greatly appreciated, I'd rather not resort to the expensive trial and error method,lol
