alum boat with fish finder

Im not real big on drilling holes in my alum boat, have any of you installed a transducer for a fish finder without drilling...if so, how?

I was thinking of going up over the transom and screw it up against something that is glued to the hull?

some epoxy a block on to the transon, then mount the transducer.

do you know of any good epoxy that is fairly fast cure?
