I have a 1976 Alumacraft 14 ft boat. I don't know the actual weight and engine capacity. I would like to obtain that information. I do have the serial number which appears to be ACBH2719M76I. Any help or direction to locate this information would be helpful. Picture of serial number attached. Thank you.

https://hindecoder.com/ will verify its an Alumacraft and 1976..
Pix of the interior might help ID which model. But do a Google image search for 1976 Alumacraft 14ftrs and compare them to yours to get a capacity and max motor

Back in the '60s a 14' Alumacraft, model number unknown...we didn't deal much in models then....you saw a boat, liked it, had the money, and drove it home thing..... with the one piece hull with rounded chines, 3 bench seats and a very modest side, very modest console mounted to the gunwale on the starboard side, ran out good, maybe 35 with a Johnson 33 and my buddy with his gear. A 10 hp would push them at a good clip with 2 average sized folks and gear...20-25. I had the 12' with a 7.5 Merc and it was 25 easy with me and gear.

Check fiberclassic.com library if you haven't already. My '58 15' Alumacraft was around 300lbs without engine or options. With the aqueduct tansom it was rated for max of 60 hp. I know it's not apples to apples but might give you a general idea.
