Alumacraft need help

Hi All
i have Alumacraft 14' , i go fishing with 2 or 3 on boat sometime . What side Engine do i need for this boat , I have 2 choice ethier 9.9 hp or 15 .but the boat only requit 13 hp .need help please

either will work fine, you just will get there faster with the 15hp.
