Aluminum Boat Part

I lost this part today ont he water and want to find a replacement. Maybe it is called the transom cap?

The boat is a 18 foot 1979 Sylvan Skipper. I think that Starcraft holiday part may work too?

Anyone have any suggestions on where to look? I need the starboard side. I also attached a pic of the port side still attached.
