aluminum railings........

I am going to use 1 1/8" square aluminum tubing for the railing of my pontoon boat. How do you bend/shape the railing? Do you need a special tool for this job? Thank you for the help.

you normally need a set of rolls to bend square tubing.but be prepared the tubing will distort best way would be cut and weld.tig process preffered

totally agree, even properly bending copper plumbing tubing you should use a bender.

you need a mandrel bender for clean neat bends. find a fab shop or metal shop in your town that has one.
