New SIB. I've found two now. Apparently just stepping in and out of boat creating them. I think if they get washed down between the tubes and floor stringers, conditons were right they could poke through? Guess I'm going to inspect closely every tear down looking for them.

I did check all the stringers and boards for burrs but found none.

That looks to me like its a manufacturing bit, like a bit of swarf from when the floor bits were cut.
I would take the plugs out of the end of your floor boards, if you can get them out, and give them a good blow out with compressed air. (Hint WEAR SAFETY GLASSES)
Actually after looking at mine, it dosent have plugs it has an ally molding pop riveted on
Any way it still looks like swarf to me. Mine moves around alot and I have never found anything like that.
