I just replaced the lower unit on my 1996 120 force. Every thing seamed to go very smooth. New unit slid right into place and bolted up nice. Put lube in till it flowed out vent hole.Checked to see if it would go into forward and reverse. Now its time to start the motor I think!

Is there anything I should be looking out for other than water flowing from pee hole etc?

Have you run the engine prior to changing out the lower unit? Or is this motor new to you and hasn't been run yet? If you've never run the motor you'll want to check it out futher before starting.
If run prior to changing the lower unit out and all is well with the engine sounds like your good to go.
