Well, after no contact from the seller for 4 days, it wasn't looking good.
Then an email, where they hinted around that maybe they didn't want to go through with the sale. And that they really needed the money, but more money, etc.
I told them they could do what they wanted, and explained why the bids were low,.... and reminded them that I was paying in cash.
They responded with a request that I be there by noon on Sunday.
Will keep you posted.
If you don't hear from me, come recover my body from 15th and Grange. :^
