Has anyone bought a bimini top from Ameri-Brand? I was told 7-10 business day lead time from them when purchased. Its now business day 12 and it has not shipped and I cant even get a straight response from "Tim" who is their GM. He claims they got hammered over the 4th but still... Just give me a date... Not a call me tomorrow and we'll see response. When I explained I expect a little more than that and would like a date the guy just hung up. So I'm gonna go on record here and say even if the top comes in and EXCEEDS my expectations it would be very hard to give this company anything more than a 5 for the handling of this order. So I am curious if anyone else out there has dealt with them and what were your experiences? Thanks

Pull your order, go some where else. What are they going to do...charge you a restocking fee on something they haven't done yet?

I'm resonable but if you give me a date, and an extra week goes by and you can't tell me whats going on and you can't give me a ship by date, and you hang up on me. Then your not getting a dime from me.

Re: Ameri-Brand Bimini Tops?

So just to follow up on this thread... A few things were misrepresented by Ameri-Brand. The doubled bows do not exist. I specifically asked about the middle bow being completely sleeved as opposed to a small sleeve and nylon straps. The top has a 1 foot sleeve for the middle bow and of course the nylon straps. Instead of the sunbrella fabric being used for the seams they used some cheap black fabric on all the seams. So my opinion... Use extreme caution when purchasing from them. Not recommended.
