American 18 (1979) timber issue

The timber on the back, just before the engine bay is rotten. On this part closes the engine hood, which is rather heavy. Is tis a big job to replace?

Please send a picture of the piece. If it is the one I am thinking of probably not that big of job.

Check ALL the rest of the wood while you're at it as they tend to rot from the bottom up...
