Re: American Toyota..Junk or not.

Also sir, you are an A-hole. [/QB]

Soulwinner, are you sure? that does not sound believable.

Here is another tale about Ford Trucks from SoulWinner in another thread.

Ford F-250's were such heaps of crap that a local company that supplies birds to pet shops nation wide, lost their behinds two years when every one of their trucks were broken down in different cities across the US with bad transmissions. An F-250 can't haul some birds? Well of course not, it wasn't built in Japan.
Or this one not quite as funny as the last one.

F-350? Yeah right. I was gonna buy one of those, till thier transmissions stared falling out them.
So after your anti American auto industry tirade in this thread and bashing Ford.
You expect us to believe you just happened to run into not only one but two F-250's one stuck and the other not able to pull the stuck F-250 out and you saved the day by pulling the truck out didn't have to engage the lockers?..... LOL.... :)

Thats Funny stuff.... :)

Hey dip shi.....Land Cruiser's are full time four wheel drive. When I said I didn't have to engage the lockers, I meant I didn't have to engage the lockers. You what lockers are? They lock the differentials so that each tire gets equal torque. The F-250 that attempted to pull out the stuck 4X4 was two wheel drive, and almost got stuck too, because the sand is like sand dunes. Both had street tires. I have Michelin street tires, but full time four wheel drive. Look, if you don't know what you are talking about, remember the old adage, no one will know how ignorant you are until you open your mouth and tell them.

As for the bird story, the company is called Preferred Birds. They are based in East Milton, they are a division of Kaytee, and my best friend's brother is one of their executives. They supply birds to pet stores across the South East out of this operation. They probably have other locations that service the rest of the country.

But on to your obvious dissatisfaction with life. Your posts drip with bitterness and vitriol, yet you post little smiley faces in an attempt to mask the empty, sadness that lies beneath. I am really troubled by this. I love my life and I am a happy person. I think it is great that we live in country that allows you drive whatever piece of domestic crap you want to, while simultaneously allowing me to drive something different that suites my tastes. Why are you so angry? Why are you so bitter? Whatever it is I hope you come to terms with it and go on to a happier and more fulfilling life. Perhaps one day you can live a life that isn't consumed with hatred for a person you never met who loves a vehicle you know nothing about. Oh, here's your :) :) :) :)

I'm glad to see you two finally getting along because you know what. It really doesn't matter to me what you drive. I just wanted to know why SW went through so many vehicles in 15 years. I drive a Chevy truck and car and I believe my next car will be a Nisson altima. Have a nice day. :D

SW some of the things you say are just that things you say. I would really like to believe you but...I have liked Toyota and it really does not matter where the thing was built.

However when you go about bashing Ford well you are about stepping over the line!

My son has wrecked and rolled his little '87 Toyota truck, and it just keeps going. I'm a believer.
Thats pretty funny my Brother rolled his 87 4x4 and still used it for another 6 years! BTW it was 3 weeks old at the time!

"back in tha day" they used to have the grudge matches. Chain the bumpers together and let'er rip. My 16 yo F250 gas motored beast has done it many a day. If Fl wasn't so far I'd have to try it out with you. My truck is just 2 wheel drive, and has 373 gears and an open diff. The bad boy will yank tha house down. I never have understood why its so tough. My dad was a mechanic for many years. Sometimes you would get a total POS. He always said those were built on Mondays and Fridays. The good ones were built during the middle of the week and the workers "got some" the night before. My baby was assembled by guys that got a lot the night before, maybe yours was too.
