Good point but you would have to sort of differentiate a yacht from a house boat too.

(Of course, I once worked with a guy that had an old plywood Owens that was only about 28' or so, who lived on it year round. I'm not sure if it ran or not though, it was pretty much dock bound. I don't remember ever seeing it move under it's own power. His theory was that it was cheap, tax free living. We all figured it was just all he had left after his last divorce. What I always thought was funny was the three 120V sump pumps that were constantly running down below and his normal two cases of Gluvit that were always on hand).
