1995 Searay. Has a seperate relay to power the up/down relays that actually run the windless. This initial relay has a factory plate on the bottom with a pin; the pin holds the internal piston all the way up, and thus the relay is always energized. The helm station switch is lit up and the foot switches on the bow always work. Besides being a battery drain, seems like it could be a safety issue. Why put in a relay and then keep it on?
