Hi,<br /><br />Finally got my annual service done, they pulled out the drive and all that and found out nothing leaking whatsoever. So I still don't know why I had to pour in almost 200cc of gear lube into the reservior throughout the whole year since I have the boat.

when you check that res make sure it is cold before you check it. the fluid will rise with heat. was the drive pulled before you added this amount? if so you get air in the line sometimes when the drive is off. this happens when I change the lube and the lube in the res. I clean the bottom of the tank with break clean and dry out then refill. a lot of sludge will set in that res tank. It just takes time for the fluid in that line to settle. bob
