I don't think you can post a video here, but you could put it in a site like photobucket and then link it here.

you can't upload video here,. but you can link to it elsewhere.

you can post a link to it directly, just as you would a url,.
or if you can embed it.<br/>
as an example:<br/>
the following was done by going to youtube.com finding something that does not cross the lines of what's allowed here (ie, nothing offensive), copying what's in the "embeded" field,. and pasting it into your post.<br/>

you also need to switch from bbCode to html<br/>
and voila.<br/>
