(another) little prop/rpm question

ok so i have a 14' vanguard, i cant find the id place so i cant get the model but i will include a pic, i am running a 70hp merc, that is only pushing about 4000rpm WOT and getting about 30-35 mph, and less if i have 4 people in it, shouldnt io be getting more out of it and do any of you have any idea what i should be running for a prop.

Check the prop for diameter and pitch. Without that we don't have a clue if the prop is the problem. Does the engine have compression numbers within spec, has the engine been tuned recently, is it firing on all cylinders. I think so is not the kind of answer we need.
