Another newbie needing help badly

I appreciate how helpful evryone is on this site. Now I'm seeking some assitance.<br /><br />I'm taking a poll. I going to purchase a 20-12 foot cc and have narrowed it down to these four..<br /><br />Hydrasport<br />Aquasport<br />Proline<br />Striper.<br /><br />Which do all of your prefer.<br /><br />I plan to hold on to this boat ( a dream of mine for ten years) for a long time.<br /><br />Thanx for all your help

Are you considering buying new or used?<br /><br />If new, I prefer the Proline. Proline makes a good boat with good fit and finish for the price. Not as nice as a Boston Whaler, but for half the price its a great boat! (sorry, I'm one of the many Whaler fans here on the board)<br /><br />If used, I'd probably go with the Aquasport.<br />It not the prettiest boat in the world, but they seem to be built well and are pretty durable. Down here in Tampa Bay, FL, there are a ton of old Aquasports running around full of fishermen.<br /><br />Nav.

I have a proline. 1973, but it looks like new. The only problem I have had is floor rot, which was a pretty easy fix. New marine plywood and some fiberglass.

Proline or Aquasport both good hulls!

Say, Capecliff. I just bought my fifth Boston Whaler, an Outrage 18 (1982). I will keep my 17 Montauk as well.<br /><br />Any questions what I really prefer??<br /><br />Red sky at night. . .<br />JB
