Another oil leak

Hello all,
I have a 1997 mercruiser 5.7, leaking oil from the rubber groment that the 90 degree fitting plugs into for crank case pressure relief on the port side valve cover

Do I replace the groment ? Rtv the fitting into the groment, or is there an under lying problem? Compression in the 190s on all cylinders!

Ayuh,.... 19 years old,.... I'd start with a fresh new grommet,....

It turned out oil was leaking from wher the 90 degree fitting meet the flex loom tubing, I put a little black rtv on the both 90s and stuck them into the flex tubing.........no more leak
