Do you think Smart Tabs will lift the stern some even in a static condition such as launching the boat?
Maybe it's my imagination it just seems like my boat is easier to launch now then it was and I don't have to back in as far at the ramp I use.
The grade does vary on our ramp however and maybe I was just on the steeper section.
Sure love those tabs though! I've moved them to the #2 hole and am able to trim the bow up just to where it starts to porpose and then just a hair down.
#3 hole was just a little too much pressure down on the bow.

while smart tabs may be the next best thing to sliced bread. i don't see how they'd do anything when the boat is at rest. (static) there's nothing to push on.......

May just be that by installing the S.T's you've appeased the Boating God's, thereby giving your boat a tad more buoyancy....It could happen...you don't know.:D:D:D:D
