ok... rebuilt engine ... timing, link and sync.... and unbelievable wot at hole shot, doing pretty fast which i never experienced before ... very happy because i did everything myself and of course with some advices from this forum. Anyway, thing started to happen. i can not get to full speed WOT after first trial run and found out that i did not tighten the nut of the max advance screw .... duh... i guess the engine vibrated and change my setting.... then almost inshore... the engine shaked and bogged very badly... thought the gear f***up on me then find out i ran a ground 1 blade chipoff and 2 are bent.... one advice for newbie is do not test the boat at night time...what a freaking day.... so got it home redo timing again... now my question is:
*after remove 2 to 6 plugs , white/black wire from the idle stabilizer, crank and using timing light to set primary adjustment at 6 degree ATDC according to the label on my engine and max advance 21 degree BTDC. When done i put everything back do link and sync, then i'm just curious so use the time light again but i saw my primary setting change from 6 ATDC to 10 ATDC enginge idle at 800 RPM). should i leave it or adjust it back to 6 ATDC while the engine running? anyone could tell me why it move?
thanks alot...

Just leave it as it is, that extra 4 degrees ATDC is what the idle stabilizer circuit uses to stabilize the idle. If you were to disconnect the stabilizer again you would see it back to where you set it. Provided you tightened the lock nuts.

Assuming that you set the timing correctly before you hooked the idle stabilizer back up you did set it to spec. Remember, the opinions given on this site are from a collective experience, many times learned the hard way. Everyone here is trying to help you avoid the mistakes they may have made and are trying to help you out. There are no guarantees, all we can do is give you the best advice that we know, based on what you tell us. We can,t see your engine and we can,t verify what you did or did not do. All I can say is that if it was my engine and when I hooked up the idle stabilizer circuit and I saw the timing retard by 4 degrees it would confirm to me that the stabilizer circuit is working.
Give it a try and if it does not seem to be working the way you think it should, post the new symptoms with as much info as you can.
