I have a 3 way fuel switch-over valve and two 6 gal. tanks with a 60hp. Ive just re-done all hoses and both primer bulbs to cure an air leakdown problem. Would it be OK to use a Bombardier anti-siphon valve just after (dowstream of) the fuel switch-over valve as an extra measure to keep the fuel system well primed ??

That is not the function of an A-S valve. An A-S valve seals the fuel into the tank, until the fuel pump overpowers the seal.

I would leave it out of the system.
